A brushless motor allows for simple speed control. All critical currents are determined by a single external resistor, making the setup of the brushless motor relatively straightforward. The starting and stopping of the motor can be accomplished using the circuit's power supply. The startup timing sequence is managed by two capacitors, enabling independent operation control functions, and the peripheral circuitry of the brushless motor is simple. Utilizing new back EMF commutation technology, the brushless motor can provide minimal jitter torque and allows for highly efficient control. Equipped with commutation PLC, the brushless motor can effectively suppress PWM spike noise signals.

Composition of Brushless Motor Controllers

The brushless controller for electric vehicles mainly consists of a microcontroller-based main control circuit, a power transistor front-end drive circuit, an electronic commutator, a Hall signal detection circuit, a throttle signal circuit, an under-voltage detection circuit, and current limiting. It also includes a brushless motor overcurrent detection circuit, a brake signal circuit, a speed limiting circuit, a power supply circuit, and other components.
